Place is good with nice swimming pool, karaoke and pool table.
Airconditioning at the bedroom at ground floor is not so good, locked at a preset temp which is not cold enough and no remote control is available to adjust. Door lock is broken. Location is a bit hard to find. The biggest disappointment was the extra thb1350 i had to pay on top of what i have already paid online which was not part of the deal, i already paid for 17 persons and was told that i still have a balance of thb1350, nowhere in the booking condition or confimation of reservation stated that we have to pay an additional thb450 for every person in excess of 14. I just did not make a big fuss so it won't ruin my/our day. But that was the biggest disappointment!!! On top of that the maid of the property I dealt with was not friendly enough, didn't get even a simple smile from her.
