The location was great, 5 mins from the car park and easy to find, The rooms are above a Japanese restaurant which looked like it did really nice food. We did not eat there as we were meeting friends.
The building is clearly very old and although they have done a good job creating rooms there is a few matters that need attention- the windows in the bedroom looked quite rotten and could do with fixing and the shower head was quite blocked and although the pressure and temperature was great the head needs cleaning to get a better flow. There was only half a toilet roll which could be an issue!!

Great location, the hotel manager was very friendly and helpful, there is an amazing Japanese restaurant on premises, 2 minute walk to the water meadows and trails, and 5 minutes to city centre.
Honestly all was great!

Location convenient for City Centre. Generous room sizes
Disappointing that there was no breakfast included - considering the rooms are over a restaurant !!
Traffic noise can be intrusive but overall not too bad considering the location.
