We booked this apartment for a visit to the opera at Arena di Verona. The location is perfect

Probably the worst accommodation I have booked

Really good area close to the centre. Check in was easy

Pictures have either been edited or taken quite some time ago. A lot of facilities listed do not actually exist for example the WiFi doesn’t work and despite heating being listed we were told during our stay heating is not allowed. The duvet has no actual cover, same with the pillows and the duvet had stains on it. We had to use the thin sheet laid over the top of the bed instead. The sofa bed was broken with cushions missing and stains on it. Toilet seat was broken shower head was broken. There is also another room that is connected to this one by an internal locked door with a curtain over it so you could hear every word. We did raise our concerns and complaint with the host as did booking.com but they have been completely unresponsive

Compromised safety, otherwise ok

The apartment itself is spacy, bathroom is large. It's on the ground floor and therefore cool in the summer.

There were a lot of minor stuff - no WiFi, no cover sheet for one of my children, but the biggest issue was the door connecting our apartment and the one next to us(again rental), since our neighbors OPENED the door in the middle of the night!! This was a total compromise to our safety, resulting in sleep deprivation and absolutely no way to lock the door from our side. I consider this a major problem.

Ein sehr gemütliches, konfortables Appartement im Herzen von Verona. Unkomplizierter, kontaktloser Check-in. Auch wenn die Unterkunft selbst nicht über Parkmöglichkeiten verfügt, so sind die Parkhäuser Arena und Cittadella in der Nähe.

Ein Wasserkocher würde die Küche noch abrunden.

Lage top, sehr ruhig. Sauberkeit der Wohnung- top, Klima, WLAN, Kaffeemaschine - gute Ausstattung
