Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Ayten, die gute Seele in der Küche hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Das Zimmer war sehr schön geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit war top.
Ein kleiner Tisch vor der Couch wäre sehr praktisch gewesen und auf dem Balkon fehlte jegliches Mobiliar.

Ho soggiornato al Sands of Time e non avrei potuto fare scelta migliore. La posizione è ottima, proprio nel cuore della Città Vecchia, ideale per girare a piedi. La camera rispecchia gli standard locali ma si distingue per essere pulitissima. Ho apprezzato molto l'attenzione ai dettagli: la stanza è dotata di un set di accoglienza completo con ciabattine, accappatoi e kit monouso con spazzolino e dentifricio, cosa non scontata e molto utile. La colazione è prevalentemente salata con una piccola selezione dolce, ma ciò che ha fatto la differenza è stata la proprietaria. È stata estremamente attenta e disponibile: sapendo che preferiamo la colazione dolce, si è resa disponibile ogni mattina per proporci alternative e soddisfare i nostri gusti. Le procedure di check-in e check-out sono state rapidissime, senza alcuna perdita di tempo. In sintesi, è stato tutto perfetto. Un posto che consiglio vivamente a chiunque visiti Baku!
La presenza della vasca da bagno anzichè la doccia come sarebbe preferibile nelle strutture moderne.

The rooms are very noisy, so I would recommend bringing earplugs, as otherwise you can hear everything. The breakfast was fine on the first day, but I couldn’t have breakfast on the second day because the organization is terrible and the breakfast room is too small to accommodate all the guests. I was told I would have to wait 30 minutes, but I had to leave. So, in the end, I paid for a breakfast I couldn’t enjoy.
Moreover, this is not a cheap place, so the poor level of service is particularly disappointing.
