Welcome basket in the kitchen was lovely and kitchen itself was beautifully decorated with an AGA cooker. House was warm and welcoming on arrival. The house has plenty of space and for large families like ours it was great.

Lock on the upstairs bathroom door didn’t work and mattress in the main bedroom wasn’t particularly comfortable for me.

Lovely home from home property! Everything we needed was provided including a very generous welcome basket with breakfast items and treats! Lovely touch, house is obviously well loved and well looked after. Located close to town by car.

Only minor issue we had was there was only one bathroom, there’s an additional toilet downstairs but only one shower/bath. We were only there for one night so it didn’t bother us much, house sleeps I think 10 people so one shower could be an issue.
