The cabin was new, clean and roomy.Well appointed kitchen. A modern extension of the old world homestead.

The bed was comfy but it moved around and an extra blanket would have been nice. It was in a beautiful spot, semi rural so thought it would be peaceful but loud music, people talking on phones at night. And the beautiful old homestead had become a bit hodgepodge. We made the most of it and enjoyed our night with a good sense of humour.

I liked the location of this property. Shops were close by and it was only a short drive to the town centre. I liked that you felt like you were out of town, even though everything was still close by. The room was a great size and very clean.

I was disappointed that there was only a double bed in the large room. Made for an uncomfortable night's sleep for two people. I didn't like the fact that there were permanent residents living there. One resident had a birthday party, and as the cabins are quite close to each other, the noise kept us awake until nearly midnight.

The views are lovely.

There was a motor running somewhere outside all night which did not make for a good nights rest The toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet properly. Also the toilet roll was almost behind the toilet. It needs to be moved There was no internet (and if there was we were not advised). There was nothing in the room to advise places to eat etc. The chalet is nice and big and I would suggest maybe getting a bigger bed!
