the apartment met all our needs, it was so nice to have such a great space, beds were amazing.
the people who hang at front door just to be clear were amazing and friendly but may intimidate certain people, we had more issues with the fact that they choose to hang there, and we cannot work out why they were allowed to loiter at all hours finishing up maybe around 2-3 am and they kick off again around 7.30 am. The morning guy has a voice that sounds like he's using a megaphone, we couldn't sleep for the first 5 nights then finally decided to call guest services and they were prompt at getting police on site to move them on, but they came back an hour later with a car they had running with music on loud, so I guess we were just confused with why no locals dont deal with them or yell out a window hey guys keep it down? we asked for compensation for the inconvenience of no sleep for 5 nights, they said they take these matters very seriously but we have never heard back from them, very disappointed customers from NZ.

Spacious well equipped apartment with all facilities. Good beds , bedding and towels
We liked the location . Hoboken is a good location for Manhattan and there is a train station only a few minutes away serving the main terminal. It wasn’t an issue for us the apartment is facing the local project and although the people around are very friendly they do like to party in the street until the early hours most nights .

Jedyne, na co chciałabym zwrócić uwagę, to kwestia rozmowy z mieszkańcami, aby nie zaczepiali dzieci gości i przede wszystkim nie proponowali im żadnych używek. Uważam, że warto na to zwrócić szczególną uwagę, aby wszyscy goście, również ci najmłodsi, mogli czuć się w pełni bezpiecznie i komfortowo.

the unit was very nice, Clean and well appointed. Very bright and open
The noise out front was bad. Constant yelling, talking and cars playing loud music late into the night as well as early in the morning made it difficult to sleep even with a white noise machine. while walking up 5 flights wasn't an issue for me it I don't recall it being disclosed in the description. I could see some people having an issue with that.
