Queens Mount Glen Heights

I had a wonderful one-night stay at Queens Mount Glen Heights, Nuwara Eliya, from 4 September to 5 September. I booked two rooms, and overall, I was very satisfied with the experience. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. Everything was well maintained, and the rooms had all the basic facilities we needed. The TV was available and worked well, which was a nice addition for a relaxing evening. The bathrooms were also very clean and hygienic, which I really appreciated. One of the best things about our stay was the beautiful view. The surroundings were peaceful and the view was especially enjoyable, making the stay feel relaxing and refreshing. It was a great place to enjoy the cool Nuwara Eliya atmosphere. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Their polite and pleasant service made us feel comfortable and welcome. Good hospitality really made a difference to our experience. We stayed for only one night, but everything was well organized and comfortable. The combination of spacious rooms, cleanliness, good facilities, clean bathrooms, friendly staff, and beautiful views made this a very enjoyable stay. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at Queens Mount Glen Heights and would definitely highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, peaceful, and reasonably enjoyable stay in Nuwara Eliya. Wish there was an elevator to travel as it was only stair to move across floors

The design of the rooms is fantastic. Extremely spacious with great facilities (unless missing or broken in your room). It seems when the rooms were first done, lots of details were taken into consideration like adding beanbags for comfort, hairdryers etc. The staff here were friendly and seemed to be trying their best, but sadly didn't manage everything up to our expectations for the price. The location is great and the hotel has real potential, but I think it needs some TLC and an injection of passion from the management.

It looks like cleaning is probably done too quickly or with not enough staff...between my friends and I, we had 2 rooms and we were really disappointed with the cleanliness. This was also noticed in the 'restaurant', which is also very lacking in comfort and vibes. The hotel had great reviews and we were really shocked with this on arrival. I did give feedback direct to the hotel via the booking.com chat and also WhatsApp and never had a response on either.
