We stayed for 6 nights as a family and really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, especially for Grand Indonesia, Thamrin and the surrounding shopping and dining areas, and having a mall directly downstairs was very convenient.
We had two rooms, including a two-bedroom apartment for the kids, and the apartment was fantastic. It was very spacious and had everything we needed, including a kitchen, dining area, lounge, washer and dryer. For a family on a longer stay, this made a huge difference.
We stayed on the 79th floor and the views across Jakarta were incredible. The rooms were clean, quiet and made up very well each day. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, and the pool and other facilities were very good.
Breakfast was only average. The breakfast area was quite small and although there was some variety, it was nothing particularly special compared with the overall standard of the hotel.
The steam room also closed quite early, around 5–6pm, and it would have been much better if it stayed open later so it could be used after returning from a day out.
One other point is that the very high floors may not suit anyone who is uncomfortable with heights.

The gym and the pool was amazing / room was spacious and view from room was great . Next to small shopping center good for food.
The cleaning was not great. Housekeeper did not do a good job. Amenities not replenished and they left hair in the toilet and the floors not mopped.
Aircon was freezing! Either in or turn it off as you can’t amend anything else.
