I absolutely loved that everything we needed was within walking distance. The apartment building also gives you a sense of security with needing a fob key and the people in the building are genuinely nice and super welcoming.
Not being able to vacuum or having a proper broom as I had to use a brush and shovel to sweep and the toilet seat is broken

Unfortunately, our experience at this apartment was disappointing. During my parents’ stay, there were no hand towels or drinking glasses provided. They had to specifically request these basic amenities, and the staff eventually brought them over.
To make matters worse, the toilet seat was broken and could not be fixed during their stay. What is particularly concerning is that the staff informed the owner that the toilet seat had been fixed when, in fact, it had not. I have photographic evidence to prove otherwise.
Basic amenities, proper maintenance and, above all, honesty should be expected when paying for accommodation. It is disappointing that these issues were not properly addressed and that incorrect information was communicated to the owner.
Unfortunately, based on my parents’ experience, I would not recommend this apartment.
Overall, my parents’ stay was okay. However, the one thing I was unhappy about was the broken toilet seat, which was not fixed during their stay. What made it more disappointing was being informed that it had supposedly been fixed when it clearly had not. I have a photo confirming this.
I believe it is important to be honest about maintenance issues, and I hope this is properly addressed for future guests.
