The resort felt luxurious and also reflected and involved you in their culture which made it more special. It is a relatively small resort so the staff all know your names and are always there to help. All the staff were so nice and friendly. The Breakfast inclusion is really good, it includes coffee, juices and a two course breakfast. The included activities are also really great and they also have a bunch of others they organise which you can pay for too.

The only things i would mention is that the Villa pools aren't heated so we didn't get to use it really as it was too cold - but depends on the time of year and the other is that the Roosters at night from the surrounding villages were quite loud!

Vibes , spa & their food was amazing

The noise when temple ceremony ongoing, unfortunately our room was very close to the ceremony location , it is a bit far away from the center about 30 mins but they have a free shuttle 4 times a day

Everything was perfect. This was the first stop on our honeymoon, and we arrived in the middle of the night. The staff had even prepared sandwiches for us, as they did not know whether we would be hungry upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch. The villa was exceptional and very private, and even included a beautiful flower decoration in our bathtub free of charge. The room was cleaned every morning, and there was also a turndown service in the evening. The facilities - especially the spa area - were exceptional. You really felt like you were in the middle of the jungle. The breakfast was the best we have ever had and included a huge variety of local and international options, from which you could choose as many as you liked from the à la carte menu. We also enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea every day, where Rama always made sure we had a great time. The dinner options at the on-site restaurant were also excellent. The hotel also offers various activities free of charge, including yoga, offering-making and cultural evenings. A special thanks to Dian for her patience while we made the traditional offering baskets and learned more about this tradition. We can also highly recommend booking a private cooking class, which includes a visit to the local market in the morning. Our chef was incredible and even surprised us the next day with a special porridge for breakfast that Balinese people traditionally eat in the morning. We would just recommend booking spa treatments, romantic dinners or other activities as soon as you arrive, as they tend to book up quickly. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and always did their very best to make sure we had the most wonderful stay :)

The water in our private villa pool was a little cold, even in August, so we ended up using the pool only quickly to cool off. The water also had quite a strong chlorine smell. These were, however, just minor things that did not impact our stay very much.

Excellent hotel, very nice people, amazing view in the jungle and amazing food in the restaurant. 10/10
