This is a very well kept, clean, spacious, and beautiful two-bedroom apartment in the edge of the city center. The apartment is fully loaded and can sleep 4 although I wouldn't recommend for more than 3 people. It'll become too cramped. The place is clean and modern with AC in each room which helps a lot.
The hosts (the contact person and the owners) are extremely nice and very responsive. I noticed an issue that needed immediate repair. I contacted the contact person on the WhatsApp, and the repair was done in less than an hour on a Sunday afternoon.
The apartment is on the top floor with a nice view of the city. It is easy to get to from the airport (metro + less than 10 minutes walking). If one follows the very nicely detailed instruction on how to use the elevator, things will work without a glitch (but you really have to follow the instructions, step by step).
The kitchen is loaded and works very well. The shower and bathroom are fantastic. Great water pressure. The wifi is powerful. Every room has a TV, so one can watch without disturbing others.
The apartment is located at the edge of the city center. Everything, from tons of restaurant to all sightseeing are within a few to about 15-20 minutes walk. No need for a car or even taking public transportation.
I stayed for a week and had a very good time. Next time I return to Sofia, I'll definitively try them.
Very minor stuff that can be easily fixed or many not even be needed especially for very short stays. For instance, the bottom of the iron wasn't clean. So, although I would have liked to iron my clothes, I wasn't able to. But again, it wasn't a big deal. I also noticed that the cutting board was broken. Having a cutting board would have been helpful because I don't like to eat out every meal especially when I stay long. An extra water filter for the water pitcher would have been great. Again, as I said, minor stuff.

Everything is new and very cozy. The apartment has three balconies, all the equipment you need, air conditioning, large TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, a great bathroom, and beautiful modern design. Highly recommended!
Might not be suitable for people with mobility issues. The elevator works about 80% of the time, but if it’s not working, you may need to climb a few floors, which can be difficult for elderly guests. Otherwise, the apartment is great!
