PESSIMO E NOJENTO

Apenas a televisão, pelo fato de ter internet

Primeiramente, gostaria de registrar minha total insatisfação com a hospedagem. Ao chegar ao local, encontrei a casa em péssimas condições de limpeza e conservação. A roupa de cama estava suja, os travesseiros estavam sujos e com sinais de mofo. O banheiro estava em estado deplorável, com catarro na pia e o ralo cheio de cabelos. Ao ligar a água, o banheiro alagava, pois o ralo não dava vazão. Também não havia toalhas disponíveis. Entrei em contato diversas vezes com o anfitrião e com a recepção para solicitar a senha do Wi-Fi, porém não obtive retorno. A rede disponível com o nome “Visitante” não funcionava. Os eletrodomésticos, como geladeira e micro-ondas, aparentavam falta de manutenção e apresentavam riscos, dando a impressão de que poderiam causar problemas elétricos. Diversas tomadas não funcionavam. A área de serviço tinha um cheiro muito desagradável. Além disso, a acomodação não oferecia itens básicos para receber um hóspede: não havia papel higiênico, sacolas para os lixos ou qualquer estrutura mínima de suporte. Também encontrei fezes de rato na pia, muitos insetos e grande quantidade de muriçocas. Havia roupas e pertences de outras pessoas esquecidos nos armários e guarda-roupas, que inclusive estavam em péssimo estado de conservação. As cortinas não possuíam blackout. A localização do prédio também é de difícil acesso, e fiquei hospedado no QUADRA 04, BLOCO 02, AP 101. Não consigo entender como esse local recebeu uma avaliação tão alta. Escolhi essa hospedagem justamente pelas avaliações e, infelizmente, me arrependo profundamente da escolha. O imóvel aparenta estar completamente abandonado e sem a responsabilidade necessária por parte do proprietário para receber hóspedes.

Apartamento muito confortável, aconchegante, os anfitriões super solicitos. Muito bem localizado. Pessoal de apoio do condomínio bem informados e educados. Super indico.

Como sugestão, não é ponto negativo, poderia ter material de apoio na limpeza, tipo desinfetante entre outros pequenos itens básicos. Acredito que faria diferença para uma família que possa passar vários dias.
