Great location, clean apartment
The hosts did not provide us with any clear instructions on how to enter the property and did not respond to our messages. We were only told to collect the keys from a nearby greengrocer. However, when we arrived, we discovered that the main entrance required a code, which we had not been given. Fortunately, a resident helped us and provided the code. We then had another problem, as we had no information about where the apartment was located inside the building. The same lady tried to help us, even though communication was difficult because she did not speak English, and after quite some time we finally managed to find it. Imagine going through all this with luggage, three children, exhausted from the journey and the heat.
We had also been given the contact details of a supposedly helpful assistant, whom we were told we could contact for reservations, information or anything else we might need. However, he did not seem able to help us with any of these things. When we asked him for the cost of transportation from the apartment to Disneyland, he quoted us an extremely high price. In the end, we used Uber and paid significantly less. We honestly wondered what the purpose of this “assistant” was.
In addition, although the apartment had air conditioning, there was a strong smell of mould, and the rug in the living room needs to be changed. It seemed dirty and quite worn.

Perfect location, you are just steps away from everything. Apartment is nicely decorated and clean.
One of The shower stall is too small and no doors so when you shower, water spill out a lot, causing damages to the wall and caused mold. It was very strong we had to stop using the bathroom the second day due to smell causing us headache.
The lack of local host made it difficult to contact. No direct phone number to call or text if we need anything. We complained about the smell through e-mail and no one respond back.
We were given the wrong code so the receptionist did not provide us keys. We had to spend almost 20 minutes calling multiple times to get someone to help. We have to pay international calls.

The location is amazing, the apartment is specious.
I had to collect the keys from a building about a 3-minute walk from the apartment. There is no master bedroom with an attached bathroom. Also, the rooms do not have AC—only the living room and the upstairs room have it. However, the upstairs room is accessed by very steep steps, and the AC unit there is extremely cold and cannot be controlled, so the only option is to switch it off.
