ITパーク内の施設へ親子留学のため、27泊しました。部屋は快適で必要なものは全て揃っており、立地はとてもよく周囲は安全で、長期滞在でも一切の不安はありませんでした。また24時間常駐のスタッフも皆さん愛想が良く、親切な人ばかりでした。お勧めです！

立地が良く、新スグボメルカトができれば目の前だ、アヤラやBusターミナルが近い、洗濯機、伸縮性物干し、ドライヤー、テレビ、Wi-Fi、タオル、シャワーはお湯出るしトイレとガラスで仕切ってある、スタッフは笑顔で親切
絨毯に髪の毛 結構多かった、小さな虫が這ってる、シャワーの水圧は弱い、外の音は夜中まで聞こえる、街中だからしかたない。

Great location close to IT park, quick elevators and open space in the building. The view is pointed to the correct angle so you don't have that much light pollution from the dean and deluca led logo in the night.
The refrigerator is quite noisy, the toilet seat wiggles and pans are all scratched. Since we don't prefer to eat PFAS this was unusable for us.
