Hotel Planter

Such a quaint hotel. Accommodations were excellent and very comfortable. Staff was very understanding about our late arrival after being stuck in horrendous traffic.

The historic hotel obviously has no air conditioning and it was a very hot day but we were provided with fans to make our stay more comfortable.

The fact it was a historic hotel dating back to 1907. Modernized exceptionally!

This is a great restored historic hotel in the lovely little waterfront town of La Connor. It’s on the main shopping district which has great restaurants and unique galleries and shops. The hotel is comfortable and the staff very accommodating. It’s just a few miles from the tulip fields and a fun place to stay.

I really liked the ambiance of the hotel and room. The staff was exceptional at check in and check out. I appreciated the ability to request drinking water and having a refrigerator in the room for our leftovers, drinks, and snacks. The rooms were quaint and quiet. The carved wood bed frame was very unique and interesting. The location had great access to the town on main street and parking was nearby and free. I did know that there was not AC and appreciated the small fan. For individuals that appreciate an extremely soft bed without support, they will be sure to like the mattress. I would suggest an extention cord, so we could charge our phones, and other devices.

The mattress was way too soft and it was uncomfortable to sleep on.
