About this apartment rental
A newly built, luxurious 2-bedroom modern farm house style apartment is situated on Carleton Street. It's in the central part of the city and close to the bus station and other nice places to visit.
It's in a very quiet and family-friendly environment. It is designed in a beautiful way to give you a home away from home experience. It's fully equipped with home appliances to help you enjoy a comfortable stay. The TV satellite works perfectly.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a blender, food processor, coffee machine, microwave, pots and pans in different sizes, and other kitchen wares. We've made available cereal, coffee and milk to help you kickstart the next day.
Both rooms have a queen-sized bed frame and mattress. The apartment is kid-friendly. It would accommodate four (4) people.
The apartment is 10 minutes walk (3 minutes drive) from Saskatchewan Polytechnic. It is also situated around two parks where you can have fun.
The outside of the house has a sitting area for guests to have a beautiful view of the street. There is a bus stop directly behind the house.
It has a Garburator with a farmhouse sink. The house is professionally cleaned at all times. We've made available toiletries for bath needs.
We've also provided a brochure for exciting places to visit in Moose Jaw.
It's 5 minutes drive to Superstore and 6 minutes drive to Walmart. There are a lot of nice restaurants where you can eat.
We live upstairs; if you experience issues getting into the apartment or after check-in, feel free to contact us at anytime. There's free WiFi. Also, free street parking.
You've got a washer and dryer dedicated to you, so you do not have to share laundry.

It was a comfortable property, beds were comfortable. There was no toaster, which was disappointing. The place was clean and the shower was very nice. There were only three chairs at the table instead of the 4, they said they would be putting milk in the fridge and they didn’t. Some of the amenities needs to be updated. There was no way to control they temperature.

Overall a nice play to stay in Moose jaw.
Listing suggests you are renting a farm house, but it is a basement apartment.
I figured that out by the photos, but some people might be disappointed that it is not a full house.
We stayed in the middle of winter when it was -50 below zero. There was only street parking and no place to plug in your vehicle.

I was disappointed… no toaster. No kleenex very cold downstairs … we had no control of the temperature. no top sheets however a nice comforter
