The Arabella property includes the main house with about 6,500 SF of living area stretched out across two floors with 5 bedrooms and the adjacent guest Apartment featuring kitchen, living / dining area, bedroom and bath. The first floor of the Arabella ranch home includes a large gourmet kitchen with center island and breakfast bar, as well as a dining room with seating for 12. There’s also a modern lounge with TV, a spacious living room with an original wood burning fireplace (please do not use), another, smaller dining nook, plus two bedrooms and a bath. A wooden staircase leads from the foyer to the upper floor, which has glass balustrades and opens the view into the living room below. The master suite is located upstairs, as well as two additional bedrooms, a bath, a den with glass floor and a game room with TV and bar. A wide balcony of about 800 SF stretches along the back of the home from the master suite, offering sitting areas and lounge chairs. The main building offers 9 TVs and another 2 TVs can be found in the guest apartment. Nobody will have to miss their favorite show. The service is by Direct TV and one of the sets even offers German programming.
