The condo is located facing the Gulf of Mexico in the north side of the island. It is a 7-minute walk from the ferry dock. It is within walking distance to everything. If you do have more than a few days, we do recommend renting a golf cart for 1 or 2 days to explore the far side of the island. As a guest, you can enjoy full condo to yourself. This bedroom also has a pull-out full bed form under the queen bed. A second full bathroom caters to the common areas and two bedrooms. The bathroom has a great walk-in shower. Both bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. Need to keep your clothes clean? You’ll find a full-service laundry mat 1-minute walk from the condo. They offer same-day service and are very reasonable with pricing by the KG. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆ As you step into the home, a beautiful sitting area awaits you. Outfitted with modern sofas, comfortable chairs, 2 small tables, and a Smart TV, it offers plenty of seating. This is the perfect place to lounge and enjoy quality time with your whole family after a long day. You may prefer to watch the Ocean as the views are stunning, and with enough patience, you can see whales or dolphins jumping in the Ocean. If you can’t agree on what to watch on the TV, you’ll find a total of 4 smart TVs in the house. Connect to the high-speed wifi and enjoy endless streaming. However, watching the Ocean over a beer or glass of wine is a better option. Make delicious meals in the elegant kitchen, equipped with all the stainless-steel appliances, dishes, and all the cookware you’ll need during your stay. There are many extras not included in most homes, such as a rice maker, pancake maker, air fryer, coffee grinder, etc. You’ll love the amount of cabinet and counter space, making it easy to store all your groceries. The balcony has a small table with 4 chairs and two sets of 2 tables and a chair. Yes – everyone can hang out on the balcony. If you are working remotely, no worries, as the wifi is strong enough for a Zoom meeting from the balcony.
