From the moment you arrive at the villa, you will be overwhelmed by a feeling of calm, serenity and well-being.
You will discover the tastefully decorated living room, a TV giving you access to the news channels
sports, entertainment, movies and series in large numbers and at any time.
The living room is equipped with a soundbar and a Samsung subwoofer.
The living room is accompanied by a large kitchen with a modern design, fully equipped. PS5 available with a library of more than 200 games.

The villa has 3 independent bedrooms with private bathrooms, all equipped with television,
Remote control fans and air conditioning. 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor with direct access to the swimming pool.
Each room has an exceptional view.

The Master Bedroom located on the upper floor is different from the 2 previous ones, a surface area of 70m², King size bed, desk, dressing room, private bathroom, lounge area with sofa with possibility of independent entrance.
This room has access to private terraces, king size sofa, real bar, jacuzzi with television
exterior.
The villa is fully equipped with fans and air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms as well as in the living room.

The villa offers a terrace on the first floor of 110 m2 and a second terrace also of 110m2 on the upper floor (recommended for sunsets)

The first floor terrace includes a large table for 8 people with 3 ceiling fans allowing you to cool off and enjoy the climate and the view of the island of Samui in peace.
Still feeling hot? Come and relax in the 9 by 4 meter infinity pool
offering a view of the mountain, palm groves, the city and the sea. Once night falls, you can enjoy multicolored lighting.

To the left of the swimming pool, a 10-seat sala is at your disposal to combine comfort and relaxation around an aperitif. A wall of water next to a Fireplace that will bring well-being and romanticism to your evenings.
An outdoor kitchen is at your disposal with a barbecue allowing you to cook outdoors.
The upstairs terrace offers two outdoor sofas to enjoy the cool breeze in the evening, a bar and a
2-seater jacuzzi with outdoor TV.
