Clean place, great host. I recommend.

Everything was completely as advertised, no problems. Property owner was really working hard to make sure we were happy.

Overall a good stay:- communication with host was prompt and excellent- property relatively clean… could be improved - space very useable - a bit hard to find extra bedding for pull out couches- clean bedding just stuffed in places …rolled in a ball- towels although clean could stand a bleaching- kitchen well fitted with pots pans etc- host willing to help in any way-super easy check in and check out- extra space heaters were a nice addition for bedrooms- all in all a good stay!

The property was fine. It suited our needs well. I was not impressed with the communication of the home owner. I tried contacting them 5 weeks prior to our stay as our plans changed and we only needed one night. I had no response.I contacted them again 10 days before the trip and they said to contact VRBO.I contacted VRBO and explained the situation. The owner told VRBO that they were not willing to refund me one night stay as it would be a loss of income because of the short notice.The notice was short because he did not respond to me the first time. Also the rental was for a Thursday night. I find it hard to believe that there is a demand for a 4 bedroom 7 bed home on a Thursday night in Saskatoon. Had it been on the weekend I would not even have coonsidered asking as I get that is a high demand time.Anyway that was disappointing. The stay was fine. Quiet neighbourhood.
