Welcome to our stylish 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 3-storey townhouse located near the heart of the CBD. Our spacious and modern house is perfect for families, couples, or friends traveling together. Located a short walk to Latimer Square a beautiful green space, Cardboard Cathedral, and Cathedral square. Discover the great eateries close by, or cook for yourself in the fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms with Queen beds and 2 full tiled bathrooms. Fast speed WIFI throughout. Welcome to this charming 3-story townhouse! Upon entering the ground floor, you'll find the inviting living, dining, and kitchen areas, as well as an outdoor space for your enjoyment. The first floor features a cozy bedroom with a Queen bed and the main bathroom, while the second floor boasts a spacious Master bedroom with a Queen bed, walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom. Please note that access to the upper floors is via stairs only. The living area is bathed in natural light, providing a comfortable seating arrangement and a generous 50-inch Samsung flatscreen TV—a perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventure. The well-equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, such as a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Additionally, a dining area with ample seating is conveniently located, making it easy to savour meals together. For larger groups, we offer a sofa bed in the lounge to accommodate a fifth guest. Please be aware that an additional linen fee will apply for this option. Should you prefer to dine out, you're in luck! Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Sirens. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city. This property has no allocated parking provided. Street parking only.
