About this house rental
Located in the Vibe / Oceanfront District a quick two blocks from the Ocean and the Virginia Beach boardwalk is the The Comber.
The Comber, completely remodeled in 2023 is a 950 Sq Ft. 2bedroom, 1 bathroom, beach home centrally located for your next family vacation to the beach or just to relax. This home is part of a duplex, it is a single story located on the first floor.
Enjoy a tranquil stay just blocks from the hustle and bustle of the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Local favorite restaurants, shops, pubs, entertainment, and nightlife are a quick walk or bike away!
We do require a $200 damage deposit hold to the CC on file 48 hours prior to your arrival. Exterior security cameras are present overlooking the driveway / yard / entryway
1. No additional guests on the property other than the ones included on the booking.
2. This property is below the home above. Please be courteous and keep any loud noises at a respectable level. Per city ordinance no noise is permitted that can be heard at a neighboring property and quiet hour is 10pm.
3.Per the city of Virginia Beach`s guidelines no more than 1 cars per booking and cars must be parked on the right side of the driveway.
4. No smoking, $500 cleaning fee if property smells like smoke of any kind.
5. No Parties or events, $500 fee & immediate cancellation
6. We do not accept local bookings & guests must be over the age of 25 to book.

We had a wonderful stay celebrating our daughter’s Sweet 16 weekend, and the home was the perfect setting for our family getaway. The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with a relaxing beach-house feel.The location was perfect, just minutes from the beach and close to shopping, restaurants, and other local attractions. One detail we especially appreciated was the thoughtful organization throughout the home, including labeled kitchen cabinets that made setup and cleanup incredibly easy.The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and every detail showed how much care has been put into the guest experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Virginia Beach area.Thank you for helping make our family celebration so special!

We are so glad we stayed here! Such a great cozy home and fantastic location! Easy walk to the beach and tons of restaurants! We could even walk to a grocery store though it was a little longer. Our family of 6 fit well and we had the best time! Would highly recommend staying here

Thank you for the opportunity to stay in The Comber home. It was truly a home away from home. Great access to the area and in walking distance to the boardwalk. Home description was as stated. We would definitely stay again.
