The property was close to everything we needed
There was a local family that lived on the ground floor directly below us who complained when accidentally water was spilt on the balcony and obviously exited via the drainage pipe and landed on his outside patio area. His daughter very aggressively was ring the downstairs buzzer and the the buzzer next to the front door which scared the 4 year old we had with us

The flat is very close to supermarkets and restaurants, although it is not the first line on the beach, but with walking distance is very easy to manage. The price is quit good and has a car garage, which will be very useful in the summer. The person who manage the property, she is very nice, I got answers always just couple seconds. The kitchen is very well equipped, so easy to prepare meals for 4 adults. We were happy!
There isn't a key box which makes the key collection a little bit challenge. But at the end, it was all good handled.
