The best hotel in Timisoara. Elegant, clean, comfortable. The rooms are nice, with a coffee machine, the breakfast is excellent, the hotel has a nice parking place. All recommendations.

Absolutely outstanding! Everything was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is stunning, spotless, elegant, and incredibly comfortable, with great attention to every detail. The staff was extremely professional, warm, and welcoming. ZET Hotel exceeded all our expectations. An unforgettable stay. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
The only downside was that the bathroom felt quite dark. The privacy blind on the window blocks almost all of the natural light. I would suggest using a light frosted privacy film instead, which would provide privacy while allowing much more natural light into the bathroom.

It was very clean.
Oh God. There were so many bad things. 1. We tried to get in touch with room service, but they did not answer. I had to go to the reception and ask, I think it’s unacceptable in a 5stars hotel. 2. They forgot to bring something from our order, we called reception(this time they answered) and they said they will bring it right away, but NEVER DID. Again unacceptable from a supposedly 5stars hotel. 3. Very few option for breakfast. 4. You can’t have the worst eggs(CODE 3 on the eggs) on the market at breakfast in a 5 stars hotel. Best case for this is 3 stars.
