Charming, but needs a clear out

Lovely tiled floor and beamed/tiled ceiling. Nice veiw from upstairs window. Furniture in keeping with charming rooms. Reasonable amount of space. The downstairs bedroom which also acts as a hall, street entrance and access to upstairs, had a door before the stairs and was a decent size. It worked well for us with a third person. We did not meet Laura, but she was very helpful on WhatsApp. It was good to have a fridge and kettle. It was a quiet location and we all slept well. WiFi was good upstairs. This was very welcome as connection in the local streets was often not possible.

There was far too much stuff in the rooms, ornaments taking up surfaces, the downstairs wardrobe was almost full. It was difficult to find space to put our stuff. It felt like someone else had moved out in a hurry. It was difficult to see well at night with the dim bulbs. The hairdryer in the bathroom only worked if you held the plug in place. Better electric lighting and a good clear out would vastly improve the apartment and make the most of this potentially very charming accommodation.

We felt like we went back in time with modern day amenities. It was magical and so fun!

The location was magical! And we were very comfortable. The place was perfect.

We had trouble figuring out how to not have the water so hot in the shower. But worked it out just fine.

Perfect Civita experience

Very charming property in the heart of Civita, perfect place. Laura was a lovely host very prompt and organized. I would very highly recommend.

The main bedroom is absolutely gorgeous but the second room in the entrance is quite dark and less confortable, just a watchout in case you use it for 2 couples. Perfectly fine for 1 family.

Sicuramente la cura del dettaglio negli arredi.

Purtroppo abbiamo trovato proprio davanti alla porta di casa escrementi di gatti/cani che hanno attirato mosche ed insetti vari ed ovviamente hanno generato un cattivo odore proprio all’ingresso, ma ovviamente non è certo colpa del proprietario della struttura.

La struttura era proprio nel borgo,molto bella la camera principale,..

Appena entrati c'era odore di muffa,e la camera con tre letti subito all'entrata non era adeguata al costo, soprattutto il lettino aggiunto,una brandina,e la cameretta era senza finestra con la porta di entrata davanti
