Die Wohnung in der Villa ist groß. Sie ist komfortabel, stilecht und wertig eingerichtet Die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer und von der Terrasse ist grandios. Man überschaut die gesamte Bucht von Rapallo, Rapallo selbst, den Yachthafen und ein langes Stück der ligurischen Küste. Schöner geht es nicht mehr. Der Fußweg nach Rapallo ist wirklich kurz und das Gefälle ist gering. Man kann den Weg locker laufen.
Das Doppelbett ist super hart und dadurch sehr unbequem. Ein starker Minuspunkt.
Das heiße Wasser funktioniert nur, wenn man zuvor den Boiler in der Küche ausschaltet und wieder einschaltet.
Die Küchenausstattung ist mangelhaft: Es gibt 10 Pfannen, 9 sind kaputt. Es gibt keine Weingläser und nur 2 große Tassen. Teller hingegen sind im Überfluß vorhanden.

Wonderfull house with a goregous view of the whole city and port
House has its age and it shows, but it has ich charm. The car access is really Italian (narrow) so anything big as an SUV might be a challenge to park. Some spot might needed a bit of dusting, the kitchen needs an update on cooking utensils and the two single-bed room would welcome a bit bigger beds then kids-size beds

Přístup k moři je přes docela hlučnou silnici, kousek cesty s velice omezeným úzkým chodníčkem

La vue est incroyable! Une carte postale.
Lorenzo est très réactif et fait le maximum pour aider.
Une forte humidité dans l’appartement, avec des murs présentant des moisissures et une odeur très importante et désagréable.
Les trois chambres n’étaient pas réellement utilisables dans ces conditions. Nous avons dû nous contenter d’une seule chambre pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants.
Plusieurs prises électriques se détachent des murs, ce qui représente par ailleurs un problème évident de sécurité.
Lors des deux journées de pluie, nous avons subi des inondations dans le logement et avons dû passer notre temps à éponger afin de limiter les dégâts.
Il n’y avait pas suffisamment de linge de maison en double, ce qui ne nous permettait pas de laver et de remplacer correctement le linge pendant un séjour de 10 jours
