Having travelled extensively and stayed in many apartments and hotels, I can honestly say this is one of the best places we have ever stayed.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully arranged. Everything was provided, from kitchen essentials and consumables to detergents, cleaning supplies, and games for both adults and children. The two balconies were a lovely bonus.
The location was ideal, just a short walk from the city centre, yet very quiet, peaceful, and safe. What truly sets this place apart is the owner, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. When we needed to extend our visit but the apartment was already booked during the peak season, she went above and beyond by helping us find alternative accommodation.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. We will certainly recommend Kalina Apartment to our family and friends. Thank you for making our visit to Kazanlak such a wonderful experience. A wonderful home away from home with an outstanding host.
Honestly, there was nothing we disliked. Our only regret was not booking the apartment for a longer period from the start because we enjoyed our stay so much. When we decided to extend our stay, the apartment had already been booked due to the peak season. However, the host once again went above and beyond by helping us find another apartment. Her kindness, generosity, and willingness to help made our experience even more memorable and confirmed that we had chosen a truly exceptional place to stay.

Very well equipped with everything we needed. Nice furniture, nicely decorated and comfortable for 4 people. Check-in process extremely easy. The host was great.
Small issues but they were resolved promptly.

10 is not enough to describe how wonderful this place is. The apartment is exceptionally clean, perfectly located, and equipped with everything we could possibly wish for, including amenities for children. The host is incredibly kind and helpful — she told us where to see the roses and helped us recover a lost doll. I can’t imagine a better stay!
