Big lodge, plenty of amenities. High chair and travel cot already on site ( brought our own travel cot anyways but used theirs for play)

There was food left in the freezer from previous guests and not enough toilet roll for our duration of stay

Nothing

The place was lovely. Clean and tidy. Bedrooms were nice. Beds comfortable. Kitchen good, have everything you need for cooking if staying in. Pool table added bonus. Good location near to shops etc. Great communication. Instructions easy for accessing place.

Nothing major. Just a bit dated some maintenance jobs but doesn't ruin holiday.

Lovely location, right next to the lake, little path way next to the house to get to the other lake for water sports. Kids love it!

Wasn’t clean well, found dirty kitchen utensils, freezer was too frozen to even open. Fridge door was broken and no remote for down stairs tv, bed covers had stains on, Hoover, bottles and carrier bags left outside from cleaner when we arrived.
