Good stay, would book again and recommend for my friends

Lily the host in the reception is so so friendly, she helped us everything with the tour, any questions and the price for everything is very suitable. The hostel is very clean and the location is very good. All of problem I read before on review is fixed already

Very good to stay. Highly recommend

I have read some review in this property and wonder that staying or not but after I still choose this hostel to stay. And it meet my expectation and I think that the hostel, it fix everything in not good review. The staff is very helpful, the atmosphere of the hostel is very cozy for staying. CCTV is everywhere in the hostel and the hostel is very clean also. I think that they listen to every feedback of the guest. And this is the best hostel I stayed.

Would not book again.

Location, Breakfast

When we arrived, we had to pay more than written on booking.com. When we asked why, they said something like extra payments for booking.com what already felt a bit weird but okay. The room then was „okay“ however really (!) not clean. The sheets, blankets and towels were really dirty, with a lot of stains. It felt like they didnt wash it for a longer time, so we even used our own blankets. We also avoided to step on the bathmat because it was so extremely dirty on both sides. Cracks in the windows, no mosquito nets,… Never had such a dirty room during my travels. On top of that, a few days ago I received a message from booking.com that the hostel canceled my stay from 3 to one night. (I stayed there one month ago). When I texted the hostel why they did that now, they answered it may be a problem with the system. I dont like people lying and trying such ways to get more money. Would not recommend to book here.

Clean, comfy, quite, good

It’s clean, beds are comfy, it’s quite. Placed by the cheap fruit shake places

They don’t have a locker in the dorm, but it’s compensated with storage at the reception

Good place with good people

I book tour and rent a motorbike from the hostel. Very easy to get, the price is very suitable and they help me book a train ticket also. The staff is helpful and so nice

Gute Lage, aber nur kurz in VV bleiben!

Gemütliche Betten mit Vorhängen, leckeres Frühstück mit Auswahl, Touren und sonstige Tickets über die Rezeption buchbar, dort gute Organisation.

Teilweise haben die Sanitäranlagen so gestunken, dass es auch im Gemeinschaftsbereich zu riechen war. Billardtisch sehr alt mit kaputten Queues. Nicht wirklich gemütlich im Hangout-Bereich. Vang Vieng als Stadt nicht empfehlenswert.

Worst experience in Laos

Worst front desk, rip off

They arranged tours, no one turned up, waiting and whole trip got messed up. The front desk absolutely took no responsibility. What a shame. Don’t stay here

Sehr freundliche Dame and der Reception und die Unterkunft hat alles Notwendige. Auch Scooter mieten war kein Problem. Leckeres Frühstück

I would stay again

Best beds we’ve slept on so far travelling! Location was good but a bit of a walk to the bars but not too bad. Staff were really kind and always helpful

Breakfast could be a bit better but it was free so we can’t have any complaints

Comfy beds. Clean. A solid economic choice.

Lily and her mom are amazing. I was in a private room at the end of the hall and it was quiet most times. The beds were soft and cozy. Very hot showers (if you beat the hostel crowd). Clean, but not new. Very reasonably priced.

Once in a while the music from the loser party hostel Nana’s would creep over. Regarding Nana’s: why go traveling if you’re just going to play beer pong with other white people? Stay home and do that.

Lovely hosts and very nice room with a good shower and AC

Really helpful hosts - they helped with booking paramotoring and the onward minibus to Vientiane. Very friendly and welcoming. Definitely a huge bonus. The room I stayed in was great - clean, good shower and comfy bed. I’d definitely stay there again.

Had the best stay! Lily was an amazing help!!

Had the best 3 night stay in a private room! Basic but it’s all you need and great value for money! Lily is also so helpful - we booked our onward travel, bike hire and any activities all here! The staff work so hard and deserve the credit!

Good room, enough hostel.

If you want to meet western people in Laos is ok. clean rooms. Sparse but nice common areas. there isn't even much noise in the evening. Very good lao restaurant just in front.

the image of dozens of shoes left haphazardly right in front of the entrance does not make a good impression. very basic breakfast.

Good place to stay

Friendly staff! Location is good as Vang Vieng is a very small town anyway. Opposite of the hostel is now a Big C, very convenient to have. Breakfast is nice, a few options to choose from.

Neither lockers nor keys... And the place is open the whole night, there's no gate which can be closed

Best hostel in Laos!

This hostel goes above and beyond to look after everyone and is such good value for money! The staff are so lovely and work so hard to keep the place spotless. The rooms are very comfortable with a lot of space and the bathrooms are clean and have good hot showers and hand soap. The breakfast is delicious too! There are tables to eat at and a free pool table. We got our laundry done here for a very good price and the lovely woman at reception saved us a lot of hassle booking buses for us (very comfortable bus at a good rate too!). Exceptional place! Definitely stay here :)

The ladies here work too hard! They need a holiday ;)

Cheap and comfortable accommodation!

We got a spare room for two and had a private bathroom! The staff was incredible! The woman helped us settle our tickets to Vientiane and book a kayaking adventure.

The door to the balcony did not close.

Unterkunft wie beschreiben und hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Rundum gut.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Wir haben ein Doppelzimmer gebucht. Der Service an der Rezeption war sehr gut, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Die Betten waren bequem. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer. Das Hostel ist ruhiger und kein Partyhostel, aber in der Common Area kann man sich mit anderen Travellern austauschen.

Am zweiten Morgen waren unsere Frühstücks-Pancakes leider noch nicht durchgebacken und dadurch ungenießbar. Am ersten Tag waren sie aber lecker.

Central location

The room was located central to the town, mattress was comfortable, room was quiet, bathroom had hot water and Breakfast was basic but okay. Lily had a beautiful smile always!

- die Besitzerin ist sehr lieb und bemüht und hilft einem mit allem weiter - die Lage ist super - Frühstück ist sehr gut

- ab und zu muffiger Geruch aus der Leitung aber ist normal in Laos

Zu empfehlen

Die Besitzerin ist super lieb und bemüht und hilft wirklich bei allem was man braucht, sie spricht auch sehr gut englisch. Das Frühstück war gut, die Zimmer einfach aber sauber.

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert, Zimmerservice gab es nur manchmal
