Un apartamento totalmente equipado y nuevo. Limpieza excelente, ubicación excelente, entre el duomo y la plaza de la signoria. Buen tamaño, nosotros éramos 2 pero entraban cómodamente 4 personas.
Por las mañanas se sentía bastante frio, pues la calefacción tiene un timer que la apaga por la noche y recién la prende a las 6. Nosotros nos despertábamos 6:30 con bastante frío. Tampoco contaba con frazada extra para solucionar este inconveniente.

The location, the kitchen.
The location was fantastic. Overall, since the apartment is new, it is very functional. The kitchen and bathroom are all new.
However, there are some serious issues. First, be very careful when flushing the toilet — and definitely close the lid before you flush. The toilet is so poorly designed that when you flush it, dirty water splashes out of the bowl. So absolutely do not flush with the lid open unless you want toilet water splashing everywhere.
The second major problem is the sleeping area. Since the apartment has a loft-style layout, the bedroom is upstairs. However, the stair railings wobble when you go up, and the railing around the upstairs sleeping area also feels unstable. On top of that, the bed frame, including the headboard and footboard, is broken. Because the whole structure is damaged, whenever you move or touch the frame while lying in bed, everything shakes.
If you are under 1.70m tall, you may be able to sleep comfortably upstairs. But if you are taller, the bed is simply too short. Your feet or head constantly touch the frame, and because the frame is already broken, you end up worrying that something is going to collapse or break even further. The ceiling is also so low that you can easily hit your head.
Personally, I did not find the sleeping area comfortable at all. That said, the apartment itself is new, modern, and otherwise quite functional, and the location is excellent.
