The property was in a great location. Handy for East Midlands airport. Had some nice restaurants and a wine bar nearby.
Plenty of space to sit inside and a little outside balcony area which was a nice surprise to us. Kitchen much bigger than it looks in photos, but we didn’t use it.
For light sleepers there was a bit of road noise and noise from the bar.
Shower was quite noisy and not the best power.
No mirrors in the bedrooms which was tricky for getting ready.

Fabulous facilities lovely location
The tiny village becomes a party venue on Friday and Saturday nights so very noisy late into night

Very spacious and good facilities
Location, it is located over a bar which was still playing loud music until 1am on Friday and Saturday
Water pressure was poor, the shower was more a trickle...
