Low value property = low quality experience

Anything outside the property.

First of all, the corridor smells funky. The microwave had rust/mould/dirt inside so we couldn’t use it. There was mould in the bathroom, which put our health at risk, especially with 2 children under 5. I did make it clear to the property management that my son was unwell but he was unwilling to change the date, emphasising how he’s “heard every excuse under the sun”, so his mannerism isn’t the best. The beds were not comfy. I woke up in pain on multiple occasions, and I already suffer with back problems. The fact that the room was all the way at the top was not helpful for my physical health as I suffer with Bilateral Retrocalcaneal Exostosis, amongst other issues. The entertainment was inoperative on multiple occasions, impacting my children’s ability to get out of feeling bored. And lastly, the neighbours below us were very loud. And I mean, really, really loud… Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this property due to my experience. I will be expecting a reimbursement for all my troubles. I have photos of the mould in the bathroom and the dirty microwave, amongst everything else.
