With thanks to Dana for yet another great stay, while this property was just as great (with it also being slightly closer to the CBD than the Majura Street premises), with the common areas being well lit and spacious. Dan's several properties are truly one of accomodation gems, with them being great value for money, while the self check in is easy, with everything else being hassle free.
Nothing to really to fault, even if some guests may not appreciate the slightly earlier 9am check-out time that is required.

Great location And value for money. It was very clean at the start of the stay and whenever anybody moved out
The stay dependent a lot on the other guests and how clean and tidy they were. Potentially it could be clarified that the only clean that happens from the host is at changeover of guest. So if there's a long period with no changeover, it's up to the guests entirely to clean the common areas

Certainly not expensive - value!
First time in this style of accom - not my thing really … shortage of choices. Like I said, not expensive … no complaints.
