Perfect from start to finish. Checking-in instructions received in good time and easy to follow. Apartment had everything you could need and more, lots of little personal touches as well which made it more special. Couple of minutes walk to Heraklion center and shops. Only downside is we were only there for two nights 🙂 Would definitely recommend.

Excellent stay! What a great find for a short stay in Heraklion. Location is very good because you are so close to everything yet it is quiet at night. Apartment is very clean and comfortable, has everything you need.
Communication with John is also great, no issues at all, very clear, and super kind.
If we are back in Heraklion we would stay here
P.S. We parked in the automated parking garage, cheap and secure

Posizione centralissima e comoda per raggiungere sia l'aeroporto (c'è una fermata dell'autobus a 2 minuti), sia la stazione degli autobus, sia tutti i siti di interesse della città a piedi. Stanza spaziosa, ariosa, pulita, provvista di tutto il necessario. Abbiamo addirittura trovato un ombrellone da portare in spiaggia e due maschere, oltre che un ombrello per l'eventuale pioggia e kit di primo soccorso. Le istruzioni per check-in e check-out in autonomia sono state puntuali e chiarissime. Molto comodo anche lo spazio dove riporre le valige.
Avrei preferito più superfici in bagno (es. mensole o mobiletti) dove poter poggiare il beauty o prodotti.
