Wir waren 5 Nächte dort und fanden die Lage für die Erkundung von Neapel/Pompeji/Sorrent/Amalfiküste sehr gut, auch wenn man sagen muss, das Castellamare vom Flair nicht mit Sorrent etc. mithalten kann, allerdings haben wir einige gute Restaurants dort gefunden, um die Abende zu verbringen. Die Unterkunft an sich ist geräumig, aber eher spartanisch eingerichtet; es gibt eine Küchenzeile nahezu ohne Ausstattung (es gab zb nur ein Glas, 2 Tassen und sowieso keine Töpfe/Pfannen etc), aber zumindest einen Kühlschrank und einen Wasserkocher. Ansonsten 2 Stühle, keine Möglichkeit zum Aufhängen von zb nassen Sachen nach dem Baden, also alles in Ordnung aber eben eher spartanisch. Das Bett war bequem und das Bad ist schön. Die Anlage insgesamt ist auch sehr schön und grün. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und es war auch kein Problem während des Aufenthalts einmal frische Handtücher zu bekommen.
Insgesamt war die Preis-Leistung gut. Es ist das einzige vermietete Apartment in der Anlage und hat eine schöne Terrasse.
Die Wohnung insgesamt ist etwas „muffig“/klamm, es staut sich die Luftfeuchtigkeit, sodass auch nasse Badesachen oder auch die Handtücher im Bad nicht trocken. Das finde ich persönlich etwas unangenehm, ist in der Gegend in Meernähe aber wahrscheinlich oft der Fall.
Das Frühstück, das man für einen Gutschein in einem nahe gelegenen Café einlösen kann, ist eher enttäuschend; je nachdem wer dort die eigentlich vielversprechende Kaffeemaschine bedient, ist der Kaffee für italienische Verhältnisse leider nicht gut, Milchschaum funktioniert überhaupt nicht, und für nicht-Kaffee-Trinker war die einzige angebotene Alternative heiße Milch; es gab keinen Tee und einen Saft haben wir für den Gutschein leider nicht erhalten. Die Croissants sind ok.
Parken ist auf dem Anwesen möglich, ist aber nicht in der Miete enthalten und kostet 10€/Tag; da die Unterkunft so gelegen ist, dass man eigentlich ein Auto braucht, um abends ins Zentrum zu Restaurants etc zu kommen, da man sonst einen Hügel hinauflaufen muss, fände ich es sinnvoller, wenn Parken schon mit eingerechnet wäre.

Our stay at Golden rooms was simply wonderful! The location is perfect — right between Naples and the Amalfi Coast — offering both convenience for day trips and a peaceful atmosphere to relax. We especially loved enjoying the views from the terrace after a long day of exploring.
Armando, our host, was incredibly attentive and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and souvenir shops, which really enriched our trip. We also appreciated the breakfast invitation at a nearby café, where the coffee was absolutely delicious!
The accommodation itself is comfortable and well-equipped, even with a small kitchen that made our stay extra convenient. Plus, it’s just a 5-minute drive to Spiaggia Calcina, a lovely spot by the sea.
Overall, Golden Rooms exceeded our expectations, and we’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Very well presented, modern, clean and comfortable. Hosts were polite and helpful.
Breakfast was included but we had to walk to a local cafe to get it - the availability of breakfast items at the cafe was very poor. There was a kitchen in the property but it was poorly equipped and therefore not easily utilised for self-catering.
