Leuk ingericht, meer dan compleet qua gebruiksartikelen, leuke tuin (helaas regende het) midden in de stad in de buurt van terrasjes, winkels en restaurants
als je moeilijk ter been bent is de trap naar boven niet heel makkelijk, maar het lukte wel :o)

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, en una zona céntrica y con la ventaja de poder aparcar fácilmente justo al lado. Las camas estaban perfectamente limpias y la cocina cuenta con buen equipamiento, incluyendo una cafetera muy práctica y en perfecto funcionamiento.
Como aspectos a mejorar, sería conveniente una limpieza más profunda de la alfombra del salón, el sofá y el horno. También sería recomendable renovar algunas sartenes antiadherentes. El patio presentaba suciedad causada por las palomas, por lo que una actuación de limpieza y control de plagas ayudaría a mejorar la estancia. Por último, hay bastante ruido debido a la proximidad de varios restaurantes, algo a tener en cuenta para personas sensibles al ruido.

Die Lage ist gut/jedenfalls tagsüber.
Die Lage ist super, allerdings war es abend/nachts extrem laut durch die unmittelbare Gastronomie. Die Wohnung ist okay, die enge Treppe zum 1. Etage, wo Bad und Schlafräume sind, ist eine kleine Herausforderung. Die Terrasse könnte echt schön sein..... leiiderr sind die Pflanzen komplett am Ende / vertrocknet und die Tauben haben so ziemlich alles vollgekotet, Ich würde die Unterkunft nur unter Vorbehalten empfehlen.
