Las instalaciones son bonitas, el bar es muy bueno, la ubicación es muy buena y en general el personal es amable (salvo la persona de front desk)
El aire acondicionado no es de buena capacidad para enfriar la habitación. Agradezco el esfuerzo de la gerente por revisarlo varias veces. El personal podría tener mejores formas, pues ante la situación lo que siempre dijeron es que no sabíamos utilizar el aire.
Otro aspecto por mejorar es que el sábado la música de la piscina estuvo a un volumen muy alto desde temprano en la mañana, impidiendo el descanso durante el día. Eso es aspecto ordinario para un hotel que dice ser 5 estrellas

. No dejamos de tener nuestro desayuno aun habiendo dejado el hotel antes de la hora fijada. Una experiencia para repetir. gracias!

There are many places in the center of Cartagena for the same price and extremely better. Do your own research.
My room did not have window, the reception is too small, the water was without enough pressure, too small pool.
