Very disappointed

The view of the Smoky Mountains was nice.

When we arrived, the cabin was dirty with brown smears on the walls, windows were very dirty. The sheets and mattress pad all were soiled. Air conditioning took several hours to cool cabin. In several rooms there were places of paint peeled off wall. Near the downstairs bathroom the floor was very weak. Floors were dirty. Upstairs the ceiling fan could not be used for fear of it falling. In the other bedroom a picture fell off wall while one of us was lying in bed. Luckily it did not hit her but scared all of us enough to move bed out away from wall. Was told by company that they unfortunately could not send someone to clean that night and did not have anyone to bring clean sheets. They eventually after much frustration purchased sheets from target and had them delivered. Having paid $2200 for our stay and told that we could not arrive until 4 pm because the “cleaning crew was there” and then to walk in to a disaster was heartbreaking. I requested a refund and was only offered $257. I would not recommend this place.
