This unit is ground floor with pool just outside your door. Convenient to Topsail Hill State Park, short bike ride to beach access, safe to walk, 3 Sons BBQ restaurant across from property entrance. Easy access to Hwy 98 for restaurants and Walmart.
We like the smart TV in the living room and bedroom.
There is a decorated patio/porch.
It was a generally quiet and less traveled area.
There are bathrooms at the pool.
I appreciated that I was left PLENTY of towels and wash cloths!! (There’s a washer and dryer but I didn’t use it.)
Black out curtains would be nice in master bedroom! There was a solid blind, but it let in outside lights all around it.
A Keurig would be nice addition!
(Also, measuring cups and spoons are needed.)
We could hear loud steps above us which was somewhat annoying early in the morning.
But all in all, I would recommend it for others, and I would stay there again!!

Loved it but like be closer to beach but still very happy with it
