Very kind host with solid communication. Clean space in a great location. Ability to leave bags in a safe locker before and after check-in was greatly appreciated!
The air conditioning was set at a temperature that wasn't cool enough for our needs. The host was responsive so probably would have corrected the situation had we reached out, but we weren't in the room enough to bother. Multiple keys and codes to access the space, but they all worked!

La posizione: è in zona a traffico limitato, quindi silenziosa e vicino alla stazione di Porta Nuova
Per accedere alla camera occorre 'giocare' ad una caccia al tesoro da brivido, con diverse indicazioni errate, non mi sono divertita; in stanza, non c'era un asciugacapelli e la tv non era funzionante e poi fra le istruzioni per lasciare la camera c'era quella di PORTARE VIA LA PROPRIA SPAZZATURA (è la prima volta che mi capita). Infine, non è sempre possibile lasciare il proprio bagaglio in deposito, nel caso si arrivi prima che la camera sia pronta. In uscita, non è proprio possibile lasciare il proprio bagaglio in deposito; questo mi ha creato qualche difficoltà. La tassa di soggiorno: ho dovuto pagarla in contanti e non ho avuti nessuna ricevuta.
