Comfortable, modern, clean and great location.

Modern, clean, air conditioning, washing machine, all the facilities you need and a great location. Everything within walking distance. Excellent communication with host. Treats and wine left as a welcoming gift. A perfect stay.

We liked everything but people need to know there is a flight of stairs to carry your suitcase up.

Ubicación perfecta, muy buena comunicación con el host, todo estaba super limpio y nuevo. Nos sentimos muy cómodos Tienen posibilidad de parking privado a escasos metros del edificio. Por lo que no nos tuvimos que preocupar por el parking Fue el mejor alojamiento de mi ruta por Cerdeña, repetiría sin ninguna duda😊

I think it is the best accomodation we EVER booked on booking.com...on every single aspect.

The parking (to book and pay) is not so close to the accomodation. If you travel like us with a child, and a lot of luggage, it becomes hard to transfer back and forth all the luggages.
