The view from the apartment was breathtakingly beautiful ! The apartment was super clean, bed comfortable and it had everything you needed. Andrea was as kind as he could be and gave us a bottle of local wine. The walk to all areas of interest wasn’t far but it’s a hilly place so be prepared! Just a fair take of a location. Loved it all.
Absolutely not one bad thing to say about this place

Excellent location and easy instructions for parking and to the apartment.
More importantly Andrea was fabulous host and was extremely helpful as we had a medical emergency with our daughter which coincided with the hire car breaking down. Andrea stepped in to make phone calls to overcome language barriers and offered his assistance. He did this late at night and was a genuinely helpful person.
Nothing.

Location is great, with great views from the terrace. Andrea is an excellent host. Loved the communication and the energy
The apartment is tiny, but cosy. Is is definitely suited for maximum 2 guests, but it was a squeeze for 3.

Perfect location and amazing view with all the facilities you need for a stay in San Marino. Andrea is extremely helpful and welcoming. I stayed here in 2025 and it was the obvious choice to choose again on a return visit.
