The property had a good style, was highly clean along with a great bed and pillows which made our stay very comfortable. The property is in a great location near the centre along with being 15-20mins to the train station.
The only thing for us was when we left. In the booklet and the message that you get from them, it says to leave the keys behind which I can understand why they do that (in part, keeping in mind that it’s self check in and you collect your keys from a lock box so you could leave the 1 set of keys back in the lock box to avoid the issue that arose) the booklet it says the following “Once you’re downstairs in the yard, you’ll find a red button 4m before the gates on your left. This will open the gate”
We got to the point where our taxi was waiting for us, we left our keys as instructed and went to push the button in the yard, 4m from the gate on the left, this button didn’t work and the note on there translated to say it’s not working. When we pointed this out they tried to claim that the booklet said it. The only place it does say it is in the original pdf that you get sent before your stay that instructs you on where to find the lock box and to find the keys, but in the moment of leaving and after reading the booklet, this wasn’t thought of and our driver had to ring through to another resident to open the gate.

Super bien situé dans le vieux Parme en retrait de la rue qui est déjà très calme. Communication à distance claire et assez réactive.
Très bien décoré, lumineux, très propre. Beaucoup de rangements pour nos affaires. On a trouvé une place de parking gratuit à 11 minutes à pieds , tout seuls comme des grands!
Franchement rapport qualité-prix imbattable!
Difficile de récupérer les clés dans la boite aux lettres avec la clé qu'on a récupérée dans la boite sécurisée... un escape game comme on aime!!! On nous a dit que cela arrivait.... je suggère qu'on change la clé!
Dommage pour la mauvaise insonorisation de l'immeuble.
Pas de torchon pour la vaisselle donc désolée j'ai utilisé une serviette de bain.

Buona la posizione vicino al centro con una breve camminata. Buono il riscaldamento e la pulizia del locale. Un po’ meno fruibile la dotazione in cucina, il bollitore e le stoviglie non erano lavate bene, e la macchina del caffè non funzionava. Comunque la signora Sara della gestione era cordiale e disponibile a rispondere a tutte le mie domande al telefono.
Il parcheggio sia in strada che nel parcheggio vicino è molto costoso. L’appartamento è al secondo piano quindi ci sono un po’ di scale da fare.
