La casa è in una buona posizione, circondata da tutti i servizi principali , l’aria condizionata utile e le stanze confortevoli ; il valore aggiunto è la terrazza .
La terrazza dovrebbe essere più curata e pulita , peccato che i molteplici gabbiani i con i piccioni la sporchino e la rendano poco vivibile .
Andrebbe curata un po’ di più anche la casa , sistemate le tapparelle che nn si possono alzare completamente e sostituite le pentole ormai datate .

Overall, my stay was okay. The house is spacious and bright, and the staff were nice, helpful, and quick to respond to messages.
Unfortunately, the main issue was the noise. The bed was also quite uncomfortable, which made it even harder to rest. The area is very noisy, with traffic and sounds from the bar downstairs continuing until around 3–4 a.m. The old elevator in the building is also very loud and could wake me up whenever someone used it. On top of that, the neighbor next door was often very loud, talking on the phone and listening to music late at night.
There was also no internet/Wi-Fi available during my stay, which was inconvenient.
Because of the constant noise, I could hardly sleep and didn’t feel comfortable or safe during my stay. Unfortunately, I would not choose this accommodation again or recommend it to anyone who, like me, is looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay. I’m especially sorry because the staff were genuinely kind and responsive.
