The condo was lovely and looked newly remodeled. Sleek white cabinets in the kitchen & well equipped. Had S/P, sugar, sugar substitutes, & several other things available. Living area furniture very comfortable with seating for 6. Beds comfortable & bathrooms clean, liked the Dove products provided. Nice table w/ fire pit on deck overlooking the canal but no view of the Bay. Convenient to Mable Falls. Extra fridge in storage area. Would have liked black out shades in the bedrooms especially upstairs. Helpful hint: keep upstair bedroom door closed to keep it cooler. And don't leave dining area light on while out on deck at night. Bugs will gather at the door & come in with you. Would stay again and maybe do more activities next time. Vacasa communicated with us frequently during our stay.
We had a few issues trying to add another day to our existing reservation but in the end were able to just keep the two nights. But that experience was frustrating to say the least. This has nothing to do with the condo owners as far as I know. Think they could use more silverware but we may have used more silverware than dishes and glasses since we eat out most of the time. Too much light in upstairs bedroom at night. Everything was clean but did find a few small dead bugs/spiders near baseboard, but Vacasa offered to have maintenance come to take care of it but wasn't necessary.

Very dated, looked abandoned, dirty entry way and storage area. Basic amenities were cheap and performed poorly - example: master bathroom vanity - way too tall, no hot water in right sink, drains didn’t close, cheap wooden cabinets. Window coverings were all blinds - with metal pulley cords - hard to operate and didn’t adequately block light in master bedroom. No light or fan over stovetop. Ice maker jutted out in kitchen - husband and I both banged our legs on it. Patio doors - old and rusted, didn’t open smoothly or lock. No lamps anywhere, only ceiling cans - very cold and sterile
