Very clean tidy and well maintained. Rooms had every facility one could think of and guests encouraged to show respect and curtesy to fellow guests.
A little bit tucked away but once located the route into town was simple and not far.

I am fed up with staying in hotels with banging firedoors and loud guests. I chose this place because it was obviously going to be quiet. It was quiet, far more comfortable than I thought it would be, and standard of the premises was much higher than I would have expected.
Some of the signs are instructive. The quantity of repeated signs in every area is a bit wearing. I understand the host wants guests to follow reasonable house rules and be considerate of the house and other guests, but it felt a bit OTT at times.

Perfect for a few nights for the price, great facilities

The room was clean and the bed really comfortable. There was a good amount of space for clothes and plenty of tea & coffee making ingredients.
The foods provided for breakfast and snack were excellent...and extensive! I was especially appreciative that the host had taken the trouble to provide items that took into account my various allergies.
The accommodation was very close to the bus stop for easy access to the city centre.
There were a LOT of signs reminding visitors of the rules. The one about using the shower was in several places - two of them almost next to each other! The amount of 'rules' stuck to doors and walls felt over the top. And the ones stating "smile - you're on camera" made me feel really uneasy as it seemed like I was being watched.
