There were three of us and we had the whole house to ourselves, with 2 bedrooms. The garden is completely private. The beach is a few steps away, with minimal people. At night you can sleep in a hammock in the garden. The host is very kind and friendly, his assistant is a very nice young man who is very caring. They will order a taxi if you wish and organize other trips. There are restaurants and an Ayurveda center about a kilometer away.
Hot water is only available in one bathroom and only from the bottom tap. There was no hot water from the shower. The bedrooms are a bit small. Some of the plugs did not work.

Right on the beach.
My room was small and didn’t have direct access to the beach. Also, no real dining space. I ate at a table in the front office. The food was takeout food and the staff was not knowledgeable about Kerala culture or language.

Nice location, right on the beach. The host was very helpful and friendly. He provided great tips on what to see and organised the bookings as well as the food delivery. I was able to visit some great attractions during my short stay. Thank you!
