The lounge was roomy with a lovely sea view, the kitchen was adequate and reasonably equipped although we didn't cook there Shower was good and beds quite comfortable

Being given a choice of paying £40 or leaving £200 deposit for breakages, the information about accessing the property was confusing Not had either of these issues with previous bookings on booking.com The doors in places were hard to close or very noisy and one of the windows would not close

The staff were helpful. Location was great. Bedrooms were comfortable. Living room on first floor allowing for gorgeous sea views was brilliant but be sure to keep hedges cut down to ensure guests continue to benefit from this.

Better signage from the main road and written instructions on the check in info would be appreciated for drivers. The huge pot hole on the driveway is not a great first impression and is a safety risk for holiday makers. Weeds removed from patio areas would make a more welcoming first impression on arrival. It looks unloved and unkempt which isn’t the case once inside but would elevate your scores. I appreciate it’s an expensive undertaking but the run down tennis courts really need addressing. Webs removed from balcony and bathroom for new arrivals would be appreciated. No need to provide small toiletries it’s not a sustainable option for most guests. A curtain across the front door would be appreciated to give us privacy when going from bedroom to bathroom. Blackout linings in curtains especially in bedrooms would be welcomed to ensure a longer sleep on summer mornings. Overall the cottage is lovely,the kitchen is well stocked and the bedrooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is great but these few improvements would make a huge improvement.

I loved the set up of the cottage. Having the living space upstairs was a bonus as we had a beautiful view of the sea and sunset.

The only problem we had was the patio doors wouldn't open. This was an issue due to how hot it was. Also, we found it difficult to speak to someone when we had a query.
