The property is very good location and closer to the beach. It was well appointed and charming and clean .close to good vegetarian places on the ECR.the staff is courteous.
There are quite a few stray dogs outside and walking to a restaurant (down the street) or to beach is very challenging.
I did not like one of the caretakers was sleeping shirtless around 8:00 AM in the front living room bay window area.
No food on the facility because the chef quit.
If it rains the road outside has quite a bit of slush .

The vibe. Laidback neighbourhood. Amazing dining places nearby. Beach and an indoor swimming pool.
I liked everything. No dislikes.

The location, the villa overall
I also liked the way the property interacted with me until check-in. It was all very smooth. The checkout process also was hassle-free
One can order in food and there are great options available outside.
The house requires maintenance overall
Curtains require cleaning. They are very dirty and dusty.
Curtain rods are falling off.
Buckets are dirty.
Blanket / duvet is torn and one is stained.
Require more mosquito bats. The electric ones do not really work for such large space.
We just got tea coffee done at the villa kitchen since the caretaker did not have anything to make whatever we asked him to make - rice wasn't available..!
In fact he didnt seem too keen to do it either.
Beach is a few minutes walk but the road has many stray dogs. Not sure how they'd behave. So we didn't venture out.
