The property is very good location and closer to the beach. It was well appointed and charming and clean .close to good vegetarian places on the ECR.the staff is courteous.
There are quite a few stray dogs outside and walking to a restaurant (down the street) or to beach is very challenging.
I did not like one of the caretakers was sleeping shirtless around 8:00 AM in the front living room bay window area.
No food on the facility because the chef quit.
If it rains the road outside has quite a bit of slush .

It’s quiet, spacious.
Lack of tv in common area is a put off.
Some of the fans in the rooms made too much noise.
The food when cooked in the kitchen did not have a proper exhaust system filling the house with unbearable masala and oil smell. We had to go out of the house until the cooking was done.
The staff were good but felt that they need more training in language like Tamil for effective communication.
The remote property manager didn’t bother to check in since we came. The on-site personnel handled everthing.
